Symptoms of Coronavirus


COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.

Most common symptoms:

fever

dry cough

tiredness

Less common symptoms:

aches and pains

sore throat

diarrhoea

conjunctivitis

headache

loss of taste or smell

a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes


Serious symptoms:

difficulty breathing or shortness of breath chest pain or pressure loss of speech or movement Seek immediate medical attention if you have serious symptoms. Always call before visiting your doctor or health facility.


People with mild symptoms who are otherwise healthy should manage their symptoms at home.


On average it takes 5–6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days.


Treatments And Preventions


Protect yourself and others around you by knowing the facts and taking appropriate precautions. Follow advice provided by your local public health agency.


To prevent the spread of COVID-19:


Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.

Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.


Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.

Stay home if you feel unwell.


If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call in advance.

Follow the directions of your local health authority.


Avoiding unneeded visits to medical facilities allows healthcare systems to operate more effectively, therefore protecting you and others.

You may be working at home, or in a sanitised office. That's fine.


You must be safe and focus on one thing that will help you come out of this bad time. You can follow these tips, so you can avoid future bad impacts on your economic status and can help yourself and your family.

  1. Learn new skills: During lockdown, there are many online platforms where you can learn new skills to help yourself financially. But, what to learn and where to learn from? Relax, we can understand that this is time when you are most disturbed. Don't worry. Here are something for you, you can learn on UNACADMY, YouTube, or directly search in google for free online courses. Try to learn those skill that can give you extra edge in money. some skills are: Video making or editing ( This field is always and evergreen for money making ), learn writing as content writers are always in demand, learn social media marketing, web designing for your business or others.

  2. Health: yes, not an issue with your health. But even then you can start workout on daily basis that can give you better immune system. And a better immune system can help you in avoiding Coronavirus disease.

  3. Train you mind to be calm in such situation, that is the main goal.

  4. Learn how to manage things in small budget, so you can shape your body with little or no money at all.

  5. Start a blog, learn dance, learn singing anything that you ever wanted to learn that is the main goal of this lockdown. And if you can develop new skill, then half of your problems will be gone. All you need is a super calm mind and then just take action in the direction you always wanted.
